The 12th Annual Stave Lake Clean-up happens this Saturday, June 14th
Last year over 100 people volunteered their time to make a difference and collected astonishing 80,000 pounds of garbage and steel over two days. While one stave cleanup has already happened on the west side this year, this Saturday we are focusing on the East Side of the lake.
Feel free to bring your quads, trucks and equipment to help us clean up our beloved community back yard!! Safety gear, pickers and bags will be provided. Coming alone? Not to worry we will pair you up with some great volunteers to work with for the day!!
The cleanup starts at 9am Sat, June 14th, and staging will take place at the corner of Dewdney Trunk Road and Burma Road, immediately west of Stave Lake dam. Lunch and Tim Horton’s coffee will be provided. Please dress appropriate for the weather and bring good shoes, rubber boots and work gloves!
It’s your Mission, lead by example!
OPEN TO ALL AGES!!!
